Slight redness may be present on the skin following any threading or waxing services, a skin soothing gel will always be applied after your treatment to calm this.
If redness is still visible on the skin up to an hour after your treatment, it is advisable that you apply a cold compress to the area.
Please refrain from having contact with steam, saunas, chlorine, sunbeds, perfumed products and makeup for at least 12-24 hours after your treatment.
A patch test is required for any tinting treatment, prior to the treatment.
Slight redness may be visible if combining this treatment with Threading or Waxing - if this is the case, please follow the Threading and Waxing after care.
You should avoid scrubbing the area for at least 12hours post treatment to avoid the colour fading.
Please contact us if you believe you are having any sensitivity issues (such as excessive redness, a burning or itching sensation or skin bumps and we will advise you on what to do as you may be suffering from an allergic reaction).
A patch test is required prior to any eye treatments, some sensitivity or redness may be visible shortly after the treatment.
Redness may be visible whilst the lash extension glue sets and dries.
Following a Lash Lift or Lash Tint treatment, slight redness may be visible immediately after but will go down very quickly due to the nature of the treatment.

We recommend that you do not cleanse your skin after your Facial treatment as the products we leave on your skin should be left to absorb in, it is advisable that you follow your normal skin care routine from the morning after.
You may experience redness following extractions, in which case a cold compress can be applied to soothe the skin.

Slight redness may be visible following a Massage or Body treatment due to the pressure applied during such a treatment. This usually disappears by itself and is no cause for concern.

In the unlikely event that you experience muscle stiffness or soreness following a massage or body treatment, we recommend that you contact us so that we can appropriately advise you on how to deal with this.
Please note: if you have a Pace Maker (or any equivalent), are pregnant, undergoing chemotherapy or have any existing spinal or joint issues - relaxation massages should be avoided.

Manicures and Pedicures are a relaxing treatment, however if you are Diabetic, suffer from High or Low Blood Pressure, or suffer from joint issues you may experience some soreness following a treatment.
To avoid any discomfort, please inform us if you have any medical issues which you think may hinder your treatment experience beforehand.
If you experience any bleeding, first aid will be administered immediately and the appropriate advice will be given.
We recommend that you don't peel your OPI Polish or Shellac Gel as this can lead to nail damage. We offer professional removal services as an alternative.
If you are suffering from any fungal nail infections, verrucas or any other similar nail infections - we unfortunately will need the infection to clear up completely before your treatment due to the risk of cross-contamination. We recommend that you seek the relevant and appropriate medical advice if you're unsure.
