Yes! If you've never had any Tinting done before (with us) you will require a Patch Test for any Tinting and/or Lash Lift treatments.
Ideally this should be 24-48 hours prior to the Treatment.
If you have sensitive skin, we also offer patch testing for our waxing & facial treatment too.
Please Note: if a patch test is required for your chosen treatment and you haven't already had one with us, you will need to book in for this using our online booking system beforehand. If you fail to do so, your appointment will unfortunately not be able to go ahead and will be cancelled or rescheduled.

Please Note: we may not be able to accommodate your appointment if you are extra early or late, as this means we will be off schedule for all of the appointments that follow you! Therefore in order to ensure this doesn’t happen, all treatments are given a 5minute cut off point - if you are later than this, your appointment will need to be rescheduled or alternatively if possible, your appointment can be cut short (this depends on the time available)
Text reminders are sent out 48 hours prior to your treatment, and require you to reply "Y" in order to confirm your appointment or "N" to cancel it. If you are unsure if you have an upcoming appointment, give us a call!
Please Note: we require that you reply to your confirmation text message, and if you simply fail to reply - your slot will be made available online, this means it will be available for others to book and you will more than likely lose your slot.
Essentially, your appointment will be cancelled if we do not receive a reply in order to allow others to book in - so if you're planning to turn up to your appointment - you will need to reply in order to guarantee your booking!
We appreciate if all appointments are cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, so we can make use of the time slot. You can let us know by responding to the reminders, texting us, calling us or emailing us!
We do require that you get in touch with us if you have a reasonable reason for cancelling as otherwise you will be marked as a 'no-show' and then a deposit will be required for your next booking.
If you are cancelling in line with our cancellation policy with sufficient notice (minimum 48hrs), you will be able to book another appointment for a time and day that suits you with no deposit required.
If you are marked as a 'no-show' your next appointment slot will only be held until a deposit payment is made (you will be contacted with instructions) and if the deposit is not made within 24hours of us getting in touch, your appointment will be made null and void.
Please Note: if you simply do not turn up to an appointment without cancelling within our 48-hour cancellation policy, a non-refundable deposit will be required for your next treatment with us.
We do not require deposits for most of our treatments, but may require one if you are making a booking of 2+ individuals (party bookings are currently unavailable due to Covid), or if you previously did not turn up to an appointment without letting us know. If a deposit is required, we will contact you with the amount and payment can be made in person, over the phone or online.
Please Note: if you fail to attend an appointment but did not cancel in line with our cancellation policy, a non-refundable deposit will be required for your next booking with us. This is to ensure that the slot has been reserved for you and that you will be attending as no-show's unfortunately cost us time and money!
The non-refundable deposit amount will depend on the treatment and can range from between 10-50% of the total booking amount. This deposit will be able to be transferred (a maximum of once) if you need to cancel within our cancellation policy, but will not be upheld if you cancel with no notice or fail to show up.

Yes we do! We offer Gift Vouchers which can be physically purchased from within the salon for any treatment or any amount, alternatively if you can’t make it in - we also offer eVouchers, for which payment is taken over the phone & the voucher is then sent over via email! Our Gift Vouchers are valid for 6months and require the recipient to book in an appointment and bring it with them in order to redeem it.
If your voucher has expired, we may be able to honour 50% of it if you contact us before it expires (this is at the manager's discretion & will be dependent on your reason for not being able to use it).
We also offer priority appointments for those with vouchers so if you are unable to find suitable availability online, please contact us as we will do our best to accommodate you!
If you have a voucher and book an appointment with us, but fail to cancel within our cancellation policy of 48 hours, or fail to attend, 50% of the booking value will be deducted from your voucher's value.
Our vouchers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, and are for one time use by the recipient only (and therefore cannot be transferred onto another individual)
This depends on the treatment! Give us a call if you're unsure, but if you're under 15 we may require consent from a parent.
Usually, Beauty treatments are still okay even if you’re pregnant - but this excludes massages (unless specialist), back facials and pedicures (depending on how far along you are). Give us a call if you’re thinking about booking in so we can discuss what treatments are safe!
When a Patch Test is performed, the therapist will go through the possible reactions with you & how to deal with them if one should occur.
If you're unsure whether you're having a reaction or not, give us a call! But we do recommend that you take a tissue/wipe to remove the patch test solution and follow this up with a cold compress to relieve any inflammation.

Yes we do! & we don't print receipts in order to be eco-friendly but we can email and/or text them over to you!
If you wanted to pre-pay for a treatment, either for yourself or someone else - this can also be done in person, over the phone or online through a payment link! (contact us for more details)
Our current average wait time for an appointment is between 2-6 weeks depending on the treatment(s) so we are unable to accommodate last minute requests.
Our online booking system shows our live availability, so we recommend keeping an eye on it as all cancellation slots are released immediately. If your preferred day is showing as unavailable this means we are fully booked.
Our cancellation waitlist is closed due to it being full, so we are unable to get in touch with you to inform you of a cancellation.
We are open Weds - Sat (& every other Tues) every week, but are closed on Sunday & Monday.
